TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LETTING |
|
DEPOSITS
- All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and no booking can
be accepted unless accompanied by a deposit of £100 per week (£200 during
July and August) and a completed
booking form. Regrettably all deposits are non-refundable and
non-transferable. |

PAYMENT
- The balance of the tariff together with an appropriate Security Bond, is
payable 30 days prior to date of arrival. Cheques should be made payable to
Raidean Ltd. Should this payment not be made by the due date, we reserve the
right to cancel your booking and re-let the unit. However, if it is not
possible to re-let the accommodation, the balance payable still remains
due. |

BOND -
The bond of £50 per holiday (£100 for No.4) falls due for payment together
with the balance 30 days before arrival. It will normally be refunded within
21 days of your departure, minus any charges for breakages or excessive
cleaning. |

CANCELLATION
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days of your holiday, every effort
will be made to re-let the unit. However, should we be unsuccessful, you
remain liable for the full payment. |
We
strongly recommend you take advantage of the recommended holiday cancellation
insurance. |

ARRIVAL
& DEPARTURE – Times vary depending on your holiday cottage. Please see
your arrival instructions for more information. |
Guests
are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy. |

BREAKAGES
- The hirer is held responsible for any damage or breakage and the cost of
repairs and replacements. Please notify us of any breakage or damage so that
we can be sure the unit is fully equipped for future guests. |

RIGHT
OF ENTRY. The Company and / or its representatives or subcontractors may on
occasion, need to gain access to your cottage during your stay for the
purpose of inspection, or to carry out remedial work. The purpose of this
clause is to establish a right of entry should the need arise. |

ACCURACY.
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the particulars of our brochure
and literature are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any changes or
alterations. Further, the Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or
damage to visitors’ property, nor for the consequences of any administrative
error. The Company will make every effort to rectify any problems which occur
during your stay. However, no liability will be implied or accepted for any
such problem, nor for any consequential discomfort or inconvenience. |

We
reserve the right to refuse accommodation at any time should it be deemed in
the best interests of the Company or its guests so to do. Any refund of
booking fees will only be made at the discretion of the Company |
