Our properties are conveniently located. Coachyard Mews is in New
Street in the Town Centre, opposite Stein's St. Petroc's Hotel and
Restaurant. Stein’s famous Seafood restaurant is just a few yards along St.Edmunds
Lane, which is adjacent to Coachyard Mews Thyme
Cottage is about 15 minutes easy and level walk away from town along the
Camel Trail, which has sweeping views over the Camel Estuary towards Rock
and St.Enedoc’s. DIRECTIONS |

Coachyard Mews is a
development of six cottages. Each has its own dedicated parking space (No.5
has two) adjacent to the property. The spaces are marked on the drawing. Each cottage has a small secure garden. Nos. 1,4,5 and 6 have garden gates. Garden equipment includes a small patio set and
washing line. The recently opened Tesco’s on the outskirts of town, provides everything you need to make Coachyard Mews
and Thyme Cottage an ideal base for your self-catering holiday. POSTCODES (for SatNav users) Coachyard Mews = PL28 8EA Thyme Cottage = PL28 8DR |

Referring to the map above, as you approach Padstow on the A389, turn
RIGHT at Tesco’s into Sarah’s Lane, and drive all the way down the hill to
the 4-way junction. At the junction, take the 3rd exit down a
narrow lane. At the bottom of the hill (this is where the map ends) there is
a lake on the left. Turn LEFT after the lake just as the road starts to
climb. Thyme Cottage is about 50 yds further on, on the RIGHT (you will see
the Conservatory) facing the lake (although the view of it from Thyme Cottage
is restricted, especially during the summer because of all the leaves on the
trees) |
